SORT/HERT Networking Event
The evening features presentations from Dr. Sandra Ford (District Health Director for the Dekalb County Board of Health), Dr. Cherie Drenzek (State Epidemiologist for the Georgia Department of Public Health), and Dr. Lyndsay Bottichio (Associate Director for Surveillance in the Division of Foodborne, Waterborne, and Environmental Diseases at the CDC) followed by a panel discussion and networking with attendees. This is an exciting opportunity to hear from leaders at the local, state and federal levels about the COVID-19 pandemic response and how COVID-19 will impact the future of public health. Current students, alumni, and public health professionals are encouraged to attend. Registration is required.
